private outdoor onsen, spacious dining room, beautiful views of Japanese maple leaves
Tatami beds can be uncomfortable for those unaccustomed to them!!! Beautiful garden roped off, making it inaccessible!!! Shuttle schedule needs more clarity for a smoother experience!!!

The spacious room offered breathtaking mountain views, and the delightful kaiseki dinner featured fresh, local ingredients that were beautifully presented. The option for both private and public onsen greatly enhanced the experience, making it feel like a true retreat. the shuttle service could benefit from clearer scheduling, and the gift shop was notably limited in selection. a little more attention to room coziness would elevate the comfort level.
